"I was just experiencing challenges while working through a claim. I called Al, my insurance representative, and he suggested I meet with him at their office and he could assist me in sorting through the paperwork for my existing claim. After our meeting I felt much more clear about the procedure. Al was patient, positive and very knowledgeable about this process and treated me with a lot of respect. They helped me bundle my renters and auto insurance for a much more affordable rate than two other companies I had checked with. I submitted a request for a quote online and was able to text with them almost immediately. They contacted me promptly, and after just a few text exchanges, they offered me a very affordable quote. After a quick 15-minute phone call, my policy was active, my monthly payments were extremely reasonable, and my first payment was taken over the phone—super easy and stress-free. They’re also mailing me a Drive Safe & Save beacon so I can save even more, and the app is very user-friendly. I highly recommend State Farm and especially Ryan and Jeremy for their efficiency, responsiveness, and great customer service."
